This frame is really lovely quality and the personalisation was a lovely touch for a wedding gift. The printing of the lettering is really beautifully done. I needed help with a couple of things and Karen has been so friendly and helpful with everything. Also arrived very quickly. Amazing service all round, will definitely look to shop here again!

Ordered a multi scan photo frame, within minutes of me ordering this I got an email from Karen saying this item was out of stock but more would be coming in soon. Karen kept me informed the whole time. She messaged me within a few days to say she had the item back in stock and told me when it would be dispatched, I received it soon after and it was absolutely beautiful worth the wait, got it personalised with my grandaughters name and now have it on display, had some lovely comments on it. I had previously brought the personalised scan photo frame for all my three children and recently had my 4th baby so wanted to continue with the tradition of having their ultrascan images and first photo on the same photo frame. The font was slightly different on the order so I emailed customer service and asked if they could duplicate the font to be the same as the ones I already have. I also realised I made a mistake to my personalisation so had asked for it to be corrected. Karen who dealt with my query was extremely helpful and dealt with my query promptly. I have received my order and it is just as I wanted it to be. Thank you!

Beautiful photo frame . The only disappointment was , the position of the photo insert. I wanted the outer ones in a portrait position. I’m sure they’ll like it anyway.
