Got 2 of these in 2018 for Grandson and wanted the same for Granddaughter born this month on ordering I got the name spelling wrong but didn’t realise until they had been Dispatched, so reordered with correct spelling. Karen obviously noticed and sent 2 extra inserts for the 2 extra frames I had. Then kindly did an extra inset that I requested. Customer service is fantastic and I cannot recommend this company enough. Also speed of delivery is amazing. Once again thank you for everything you helped us with.
I bought the same mount 5 years ago for my oldest child and have just had another baby and wanted the same mount again.
