They happily agreed to produce what I had asked for, added in a new mount for free so that I had a matching set (without me realising I needed it), personalised my products, and delivered to me very quickly, whilst honouring an expired discount code. I ordered a Great Grandad frame which looked more expensive and traditional than ones I’d seen elsewhere. Frame is nice and solid and good quality. It was also amazingly neatly packaged - origami with packing tape!
