I had previously brought the personalised scan photo frame for all my three children and recently had my 4th baby so wanted to continue with the tradition of having their ultrascan images and first photo on the same photo frame. The font was slightly different on the order so I emailed customer service and asked if they could duplicate the font to be the same as the ones I already have. I also realised I made a mistake to my personalisation so had asked for it to be corrected. Karen who dealt with my query was extremely helpful and dealt with my query promptly. I have received my order and it is just as I wanted it to be. Thank you!
