UK DELIVERY (excluding Northern Ireland and the rest of the world)
All orders are dispatched using Royal Mail tracked services.
One simple charge covers your entire order, no matter how many items you purchase.

Monday to Friday - Estimated delivery: 2-3 business days, peak times 3-5 working days
SMS Notifications (Recommended)
Please include your mobile number at checkout to receive a text from Royal Mail.
Royal Mail will send you email and SMS updates with tracking information, including when your parcel is due for delivery.
Not going to be in? You can update delivery options to change the date or request redelivery.
Please note: choosing redelivery may delay your parcel. If you’d like it sooner, we recommend avoiding this option.
Order Processing Times
Please note: Azana Photo Frames do not operate at weekends.
Orders placed after 2pm on Friday will not be processed until the following Monday (excluding bank holidays).
ORDERS PLACED
Orders placed before 2pm are dispatched the same day (Monday to Friday)
Orders placed after 2pm are dispatched the following business working day
Orders placed after 2pm on Friday and weekends are dispatched on Monday (if a Bank Holiday falls dispatched on Tuesday)
CHRISTMAS, NEW YEAR, EASTER & BANK HOLIDAYS
Orders placed during the Christmas and New Year holiday period will be shipped after the holiday has passed, once Royal Mail services resume normal operations.
Azana Photo Frames usually close one week before Christmas and reopen around New Year (before or after, depending on schedules).
Please keep this in mind when placing orders during the festive season, as dispatch and delivery times may be longer than usual. Please check the latest delivery updates directly on our website for the most accurate information.
