All orders are sent by tracked services. One charge covers your entire order, regardless of how many items you buy, unless it's over £60 (free).
Dispatch - All frames, mounts and custom orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 working days.
FREE TRACKED DELIVERY - ON ORDERS OVER £60
Orders over £60 will be dispatched within 1- 2 days, Monday to Friday. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout.
IMPORTANT NOTICE - We no longer ship to Northern Ireland due to a new law implemented on 13th December 2024, which makes it impossible for small businesses to do so and deliver to Northern Ireland. We apologise for the inconvenience it has caused.
Azana Photo Frames have a business contract with Royal Mail and collect from us daily at 5pm, Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays - usually delivered within 2-3 business working days, (sometimes delays may occur - due to weather conditions, floods and traffic disruption)
Understanding the Tracking Status: “Sender has despatched item”
When your tracking shows “Sender has despatched item,” this means the parcel has been collected from us by the post-person on the same date shown on your tracking. Our business postage labels are only valid on the day of posting, so items are always handed over on that date.
If your tracking has no further updates, it simply means the parcel has not yet moved through the Royal Mail network due to delays. Once it reaches the next stage of processing, new tracking updates will appear.
Royal Mail Delivery Updates
Royal Mail will send tracking updates to your email or by text message to let you know when your parcel is due for delivery.
(If you’d like to receive text alerts, please ensure your mobile number is included on your order.)
Not going to be in?
You can update your delivery options directly through the Royal Mail tracking page, including choosing a new delivery date. Please note that changing the delivery date may delay your parcel, so avoid doing this if you need it sooner.
Please note that we do not operate at the weekends, please keep this in mind when ordering on a Friday after 2pm cut-off time - your order will not get processed until the following Monday (excluding bank holidays)
ORDERS PLACED
Orders placed before 2pm are dispatched the same day (Monday to Friday)
Orders placed after 2pm are dispatched the following business working day
Orders placed after 2pm on Friday and weekends are dispatched on Monday (if Bank Holiday falls dispatched on Tuesday)
Orders over £60 with free shipping are dispatched within 1-2 days.
RETURNS
I hope you love your frame(s) as much as I do. If you change your mind, you’re welcome to return them for a refund, with return postage covered by you. Please note that personalised or custom-made orders are non‑returnable unless there has been an error on my part.
Returns must be within 30 days of delivery, and please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item, sent tracked to cover any loss or damage.
We will refund the purchase price of the item when we receive your item(s) back in good condition it was sent.
Personalised items - Due to the nature of this product, personalised items can't be returned or exchanged.
