Always here ready to make your frame...
UK 3rd Lockdown Update: 05 January 2021 - I am 100% operational.
With Coronavirus lockdown measure in place across the UK, I'm still open for business and delivery as usual.
COVID-19
Yes, it's getting scary for us all...
A number of you have been wondering, so I wanted to take the opportunity to let you know it is business as usual here at Azana Photo Frames.
I am reviewing all guidelines and advice daily, as I am sure all of you are. I am taking every precaution here at my workshop from home.
Behind The Scenes
The business is run solely by myself, a sole trader - I'm a one-person operator working from home (in my workshop) been successfully trading for ten years. My business is not a shop, (zero customer contact) I sell via online platforms and dispatch all orders ready for Royal Mail collection daily, Monday to Friday.
I would like to thank you for your ongoing support.
Delivery
The postal and delivery service will run as normal. However due to the delivery situation in some areas, which is out of my control, orders may be slightly delayed.
Royal Mail Service - Order online and get free UK delivery to your home or to the recipient if they are a gift. No need to sign, Royal Mail will make sure you receive your parcel by your doorstep - again zero contact.
International - Unfortunately, I no longer ship globally except the US.
Parcel price increase 2021, the courier I use have increased their prices since the beginning of the new year. I also have increased the shipping charges (sorry!).
About Delivery Contact:
My stock is delivered and left outside the door - so no contact there. I have plenty of stock to make your order for yourself, friends, family and loved ones far away in the UK. My orders come online - no contact there. Royal Mail collects my orders with their sacks and paperwork left outside, so again no contact.
Other couriers collect my parcels from outside. I have no contact with them and vice versa, and the system works well. Any signatures required on anything (collection or delivery), there is a printed notice on my door with my signature on it which can be photographed and gives my consent.
Stay At Home
I am following social-distancing, regularly wash hands and stay at home. I live with my self-employed husband and we have three children and all have fledged.
In the unlikely event that I'm not well - I will temporarily close my business.
Stay safe and well,
Best wishes, Karen
P.S - Again, I'd like to thank you for supporting UK small businesses and suppliers.
