Ordered a multi scan photo frame, within minutes of me ordering this I got an email from Karen saying this item was out of stock but more would be coming in soon. Karen kept me informed the whole time. She messaged me within a few days to say she had the item back in stock and told me when it would be dispatched, I received it soon after and it was absolutely beautiful worth the wait, got it personalised with my grandaughters name and now have it on display, had some lovely comments on it.
