Can you print my photo?

We’re not able to print images for orders.

How do you personalise?

We use high‑precision computerised pen‑tool machinery to write your chosen wording onto the mount.

Can I change the wording instead of the standard wording?

In the text box, simply type your own message. You can also add your request in the instructions section at checkout. No need to contact us, your note will be added to the order.

Can I buy the mount without the frame?

Yes, go to the top bar -> Picture Mounts

Can you make custom order?

Yes. If you have a design that isn’t shown on our website, we can create it for you. We can trace paths, design, cut, and personalise your mount at no extra charge.

Can it be gift wrapped?

Unfortunately, we don’t offer a gift‑wrapping service. We can include a gift note for the recipient - just add your message in the instructions.

How will my order be delivered?

All orders are sent Royal Mail tracked48

When can I expect my order?

Usually within 2-3 working days, sometimes they are delays due to not moving within the network. (sometimes delays may occur - due to weather conditions, floods and traffic disruption)

Can I track my order?

Yes, tracking number are provided in the order dispatch confirmation email.

I want to buy a gift for my friend can you send it to alternate address?

Yes, enter your friend's shipping address in the shipping part not the billing. Please ensure the UK address and the postcode are correct.

Frequently asked questions

If you see any frame you like on my website, I can customise it to suit your needs. It doesn’t have to stay as a pet or wedding frame - I can adapt the design for your photos.

Please fill in the contact form and let me know which frame you like and any adaptations you’d like made. Please provide a SKU - usually begins with AZ and can be found at the bottom of the product
description.

Already have a frame or planning to get your own? I create custom mounts to fit perfectly and make your memories special!

If you’d like a bespoke mount for your prints, artwork, cross-stitch to papercraft, just get in touch with the following details:

1. Overall mount size
2. Number of apertures (windows)
3. Orientation – Landscape or Portrait (how many)
4. Size of your prints - i.e 6x4" 10x8"
5. Single or double mount preference

IMPORTANT
The apertures are cut slightly shorter than the intended boundary (e.g reduce by 5%) for secure fit. Please ensure your print is properly aligned within the boundaries of the edge, a face, an object or text.

For example, if your print size is 6x4", but the aperture cut size is 5.5x3.5", please ensure your design fits comfortably within the visible area. If you're unsure about the alignment or fit, I recommend taking a screenshot of your print to me with a tape measure placed beside the photograph for reference.

I’ll take it from there and reply with the draft layout and price - turnaround 1-2 days and no charge for this design service!

Mountboards
The mats I use are made from pure white conservation-grade board - carefully selected for its durability and archival quality.
Lignin-free, alkaline-sized, and pH neutral
Buffered with calcium carbonate to resist atmospheric pollutants and extend the lifespan of your artwork.

Frames - it just feels more complete!
The ready made frames is fitted with styrene glazing instead of glass - Ideally, where safety is a consideration for home, baby nursery and gifts.

Every picture mount is designed and precision-cut using advanced computerised machinery to ensure clean lines, perfect alignment and perfect layout.

UK Domestic Shipping (Excludes Northern Ireland and the rest of the world)

Typically takes 2-3 business days with Royal Mail, full tracking provided via shipment email. (peak period may take up to 5 business days)

Processing Time: Orders are usually prepared within 1–2 working days, Monday to Friday. Please note this excludes weekends and bank holidays.

Flat Rate Shipping: Just £3.95 - one charge covers your entire order, no matter how many items you purchase.

International Shipping:
I don’t offer shipping outside the UK — but thank you for your interest! I truly appreciate your support from afar.

Local Delivery Option
Azana Photo Frames is an online-only business. All orders are processed and shipped via mail - I do not have a physical shop or location for in-person visits.

Happy to offer local delivery to postcodes TA1 and TA2 for a small shipping fee. Just select this option at checkout or get in touch for details!

Personalised & Custom Items
Due to the nature of personalised products - including items featuring names, birth details, custom messages, or made-to-order picture mounts - we’re unable to accept returns unless the item is faulty or incorrect by me.

Generic Items
We offer a 30-day return window for non-personalised items. To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Please include your order number or receipt with your return request.
